Welcome to DVP Media Solutions, LLC Photographers ! By booking a session, purchasing prints, or using our website, you ("Client" or "You") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

DVP Media Solutions, LLC Wedding Photographers requires a non-refundable deposit/ retainer of  25% upon booking to secure your session date and time, which will be applied toward the final session fee. The remaining balance must be paid one week (7 days) the session date. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and online payment services. Clients may reschedule with at least a 30 day notice; with consideration that a new service date may not be available. Failure to provide notice may result in the service agreed upon to be paid in full, with exceptions considered only for emergencies. 

DVP Media Solutions, LLC Wedding Photographers reserves the right to reschedule sessions for reasons such as inclement weather, illness, or technical issues. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered a rescheduled date. Refunds are generally not provided due to the non-refundable deposit policy, with exceptions considered at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

All images and media captured during sessions are copyrighted by DVP Media Solutions, LLC Wedding Photographers . Clients are granted a personal use license, allowing them to print, share, and display images for non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use requires a separate license. By agreeing to these Terms, you grant DVP Media Solutions, LLC Wedding Photographers permission to use select images for studio portfolios, marketing materials, and social media. Consent may be withdrawn for specific images by contacting us in writing. Digital files provided by DVP Media Solutions, LLC Wedding Photographers are high-resolution and intended for personal use. We recommend using reputable print vendors for quality assurance, as we are not responsible for the quality of prints produced by third-party services.

DVP Media Solutions, LLC Wedding Photographers fosters a professional environment and expects all clients and guests to maintain respectful behavior. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior during the session may lead to immediate session termination without refund. The safety of all clients is our priority. However, DVP Media Solutions, LLC Wedding Photographers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the session. Clients are encouraged to disclose any specific needs to help us provide a safe experience.

Images will be professionally edited by our team or a trusted outsourced company. Any requests for additional edits may incur an extra charge, to be discussed with the client. Final images will be delivered within 12 weeks from the session date via a secure online gallery for download. Clients will be notified of any delays. DVP Media Solutions, LLC Wedding Photographers reserves the right to select and edit the best images for final delivery. Please note that raw, unedited images are not provided.

DVP Media Solutions, LLC Wedding Photographers strives to meet client expectations; however, final image outcomes may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather, lighting, or venue conditions. Our liability is limited to the session fee paid by the client. Although we take precautions to prevent data loss, DVP Media Solutions, LLC  Wedding Photographers is not liable for loss or damage of images due to unforeseen technical issues. In such cases, a reshoot may be offered at no additional cost, if possible.

The images and content produced by DVP Media Solutions, LLC Wedding Photographers are copyrighted, and we retain all intellectual property rights. Clients may not alter, reproduce, or sell images without our written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted under these Terms, while commercial use requires separate licensing.

DVP Media Solutions, LLC  Wedding Photographers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" will be updated. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio. In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Each party is responsible for its own legal costs.
